Knitting Fog

Knitting Fog Review

In the interest of full disclosure, let me state that I came across this book through a genealogy contact. I maintain the Burdick Family Association web site and as a courtesy I always purchase, read and generally enjoy books written by extended family members. This one, though, had a personal affect on me. Unlike your standard "self-help" book, it explains the underlying psychological and physiological mechanisms for understanding and enhancing the creative power of our minds. The material is presented in an easy-to-read style with a natural progression from concept to analysis to application. The short chapters make the book easy to digest in multiple sittings. I highly recommend "Knitting Fog" to anyone wishing to enhance their "creative side," especially those like myself who are more analytically oriented. Even though Graham and I have never met or spoken (he lives in the UK, I am in America) his book makes me feel like he is a trusted friend whose advice and guidance I can follow. I have begun applying his methods and have already realized positive results.
